The rules of our guesthouse
Check in Check out
1.
Check in: from 14:00 to 21:00 or even at different times prior notice (with supplement).
2.
Check out: BEFORE and NO LATER THAN 11.00 am, to allow final cleaning and guarantee availability of the room to incoming guests.
3.
Upon arrival it will be necessary to provide an identity document (passport, identity card, driving license).
4.
Delayed check-out after 10:00 am entails a penalty of 50% of the cost of a single room for one night.
5.
At the end of their stay, customer are required to return all towels provided by the property (bath towel, guest and bidet), all bed linen, pillowcases and pillows. Otherwise, a penalty of € 20.00 is applied for each missing piece.
6.
At the end of their stay, each guest must return the keys. In case of loss, they will be required to pay € 10.00 for each lost key.

You cannot smoke inside the rooms. It is possible to do so in the balcony.
2.
Use and keep all common areas clean, with respect of all guests.
3.
It is forbidden to receive, within the B&B, people other than those registered for stay.
4.
Keep all rooms in order; we recommend a proper and civil use of the bathroom (use the special containers in the bathroom).
5.
Maintain a behaviour that in no way and at no time of the day damages the tranquility of others.
6.
Turn off the light in the rooms, the air conditioning and the other systems, when you get out of the rooms.
